Even processed food we eat, can kill and drugs that supposed to relieve pain.
Temporal life inherent to our Physical composition …God made us so.
But why? What message we should get from these risks of death?
Clearly, our life as “flesh-composed” human beings is fleeting and temporary. Still, why were we composed, as such? Why were we not created “spirit-composed” from the beginning of our creation?
The answer is already written for us to understand in Revelations 12:4. “Its tail swept a third of the stars out of the sky and flung them to the earth. The dragon stood in front of the woman who was about to give birth, so that it might devour her child the moment he was born.” Meaning, that being “spirit-composed” does not necessarily mean to be aligned with God’s will; like angelic demons who went against God.
But, there is “hope” based on the plan, promised to happen via fulfillment of “steps toward salvation”.
Yes, we need to be “flesh-composed” first, to emphasize that we “are weak/frailty of humans” and need the “empowerment of the Holy Spirit” that was promised to “in-dwell in our mind/our holy of holies in our temple-bodies “ to guide us towards following God’s will.
Then, our mind will be directed on what to do, make good judgment and develop wisdom to follow God’s will and not “human will”.
Those who received this gift of “holy spirit “at each particular time & season of his/her life, in-dwelling in our mind/holy-of-holies of our body/temple of God”, become members of the “house of God”, at which time, they start to be judged on, as to whether he/she follows God’s guidance as empowered by the in-dwelling holy spirit. Yes, whether those who receive this gift , will use or mis-use the “spirit-power” to be given to us, while still “flesh-composed”.
Summary: The life we now have is fleeting/temporary; we will die and our “breath of life” will go back to God who gave it. Our physical body will be buried and will rot, in earthly grave.
But, we will resurrect, whether in the first or second resurrection. Those who will participate in the first resurrection will change in a “twinkling of an eye” to meet the returning Jesus Christ in the air. They will then descend on earth , to rule from Jerusalem and worldwide. Those who will still be alive in their physical bodies at that time will be taught the “will of God” and be empowered with the gift of the Holy Spirit to follow his will.
Those who were not part of the first resurrection will be in the “second resurrection” after the millennium, as “flesh-composed resurrected beings, to be gifted with the empowering Holy Spirit and be judged as to whether to follow God or not. Subsequently, if they follow God’s guidance & direction, they will be changed into “spirit-composed beings” to partake of eternal life; otherwise, they will go to “Gehenna fire”.
